RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before dispatch.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you carefully review sizing information before placing your order.
Delivered Orders
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and complete. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been successfully delivered.
International Orders (Australia)
All international orders, including Australia, are shipped with tracked delivery and signature required.
Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assess the issue.
Chargebacks
Any chargebacks filed for orders that have been successfully delivered will be disputed with proof of delivery, tracking, and signature confirmation where applicable.
