SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00pm Thursday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday (or the next business day).

Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-order.

Pre-order items require 2–4 weeks to arrive to us before dispatch.

Once pre-order stock arrives, orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing timeframe.

New Zealand & Australia Shipping

All New Zealand and Australia orders are shipped via NZ Post with:


  • Tracked delivery
  • Signature required on delivery
  • No authority to leave / no β€œsafe place” delivery

We do not permit parcels to be left unattended.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivered Orders

Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery has been confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Circumstances outside our control
